I recommend locking in weekly video conferences with your Virtual Assistant or VA. Where possible, include key members of your team. Be clear and concise from the get-go on what your VA’s role is and what you expect them to achieve on a weekly basis. don’t forget to check in with your VA regularly and get to know them a little as a person. The bottom line is there should be no difference between an offshore and onshore team.
