Well, first thing’s first: set goals that motivate you. These goals have to be important to you otherwise they won’t stick. Next, set SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Bound. It’s important that your goals aren’t vague – you must define each goal. Once your goals are defined, it’s important you create an action plan. By writing out the individual steps, and then crossing each one off as you complete it, you’ll realise that you are making progress towards your ultimate goal.
